What NOT To Say to An Anxious Child

Words carry emotional energy that can either hurt or heal your child. As we know, anxiety and chronic stress leads to physiological disease. So the language we use become paramount in reducing stress, empowering your child and shaping their beliefs, attitudes and behaviors.
